UTSP-0350.PVD1 servo controlled testing machine has been designed for performing the tests (Permanent set test, load bearing capacity test and tilt test) on manhole tops and gully tops for vehicular and pedestrian areas according to EN 124-1 standard.
The tests can be performed on manhole tops and gully tops made of cast iron, steel or aluminium alloys, steel reinforced concrete, composite materials, polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) or unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U)
UTSP-0350.PVD1 servo controlled testing machine consists of four column 1000 kN capacity frame with dual stage piston and UTC-4852.PVD1 power pack with proportional valve controlled by advanced motion control unit. For UTM-0350.SVDL, the tests are performed with the Utest software so the required PC is provided by the customer.
The machine is supplied with test blocks (5 pcs.), a rubber sheet of Ø75 mm, a reference bar (with a 25x0.01mm digital dial gauge and seating supports) and the Utest software (USOFT-PVD1)
