The versatile UTEST Flexural Testing Frames are designed for minimum deflection at maximum load resulting in very high accuracy. The load frame is a welded steel fabrication carrying the ram fitted to the upper crosshead. The frames have a single acting down stroking ram.The return of the ram is done by spring to get maximum accuracy on the load measurement. A load cell is used for load measurements on all frames.

Each model is designed to accept all accessories required for flexural, transverse or compression tests.

UTEST Flexural Frames models are designed to allow easy and practical front loading of the specimens.

UTC-5622 TWOFLEX frame provides the advantage of being able to perform flexural tests on longer specimens

The load frame provides the stability needed for accurate and repeatable test re­sults over the years of operation.

All frames can be connected to any UTEST compression machine as a second frame or can be used with any UTEST power pack as an independent Flexural Machine.

The main characteristics are:

  • -High stability/rigidity welded assembly (200 kN/mm stiffness)
  • -Can be used for flextural strength tests of concrete paving flag and natural stone slabs, concrete -or natural stone kerbs and tensile splitting test of concrete paving blocks
  • -Safety limit switch for piston stroke
  • -High accuracy load measurement with strain gauge load cells
  • -Can accept wide range of accessories for mentioned standards
  • -Can be connected to any UTEST compression machine or UTEST power pack

 

Test assemblies such as;

  • -UTC-5501 for flextural strengt test of concrete beam,
  • -UTC-5502 for testing concrete kerb,
  • -UTC-5504 for testing flagstone
  • -UTC-0355 and UTC-8516 for indirect tensile strengt test of paving block,
  • -UTC-0360 and UTC-8516 for splitting tensile strengt test of concrete cubes,
  • -UTC-0350 and UTC-8516 for splitting tensile strengt test of concrete
  • -For ompressive strengt test of any construction material,  UTM-8516 and additionally distance pieces suitable for the height of the specimen to be tested (UTC-4630, UTC-4631, UTC-4633 and UTC-4634)
