General Properties of Utest USOFT Softwares
Utest USOFT Softwares have been designed for data acquisition, processing, controlling and reporting tests performed with appropriate Utest machines.
USOFT Softwares are capable of retrieving, storing and managing test data and controlling the machines using the data obtained.
The Softwares give the users option to choose from a variety of standardized report formats. All necessary information related to tests can be input into the test report through the software.
Utest Softwares are capable of creating and storing user-defined test methods. These methods can later be recalled or edited.
Utest Softwares can be used to prepare test reports in accordance with user-customizable standard and report formats. On reports prepared by the software, users can input necessary test information and parameters such as company name, laboratory name, test type, sample type, sample size and test dates. Test results and graphs can be printed using the software.
- -Bituminous mixtures / Asphalt tests such as Marshall stability, indirect tensile, SCB
- -Concrete and cement, mortar tests such as compressive, flexural and splitting tensile
- -Soil tests such as uniaxial, triaxial, direct shear, cbr, consoladation
- -Steel products tests such as yield, tension, elongation and so on.
Multi-Language Support and Customizable User Interface
- -Test information and sample information can be customized by users. The software has multi-language support.
User Identification and Authorization
- -Multiple user accounts can be defined with usernames and passwords and these accounts can be authorized on different levels.
- -Accessibility to menus and tests can be limited to certain authorization levels.
Unlimited Test Result Storage Capacity in One Test File
- -In one test file an unlimited number of test data containing, test results, graphs and sample information can be stored.
- -Previous test results can easily be recalled and edited.
Exporting Test Results to Database
- -If requested, to avoid data loss and increase data traceability, test data can be exported to an existing database.
- -This option allows the data to be accessed, analyzed and reported from one center.
Advanced Test Graphical Interface
- -Test graphs can be displayed during testing in real time. High resolution test graphs are updated once in every 100 milliseconds.
- -All test graphs in the test file can be displayed in one screen with different colors for each graph. Any one of these graphs can be isolated and displayed separately.
- -Images can be zoomed by dragging the mouse. Peak points on the graphs can be marked.
- -Load value corresponding to any point in the graph can be read with a high resolution.
Option to Store and Recall Test Information
- -Test information such as date, operator and sample size can be saved and recalled in the software.
Modification of Test Machine Parameters Using the Software
- -All the parameters supported by the test machine can be modified using the software. Before starting each test, these parameters are exported to the test machine, overriding current parameters.
- -This option prevents any error that can arise due to modification of test machine parameters and ensures compliance with the standards.
Exporting Reports and Graphs
- -Test results can be exported in the following formats: MS Excel, Ms Word, PDF and txt.
Flexible Report and Graph Formats
- -Graph and report templates for specific needs can be designed easily from the software interface.
- -The contents of the reports can be modified by the user. Certain information can be omitted from the report template by the user.
Help and User Manual Display
- -Software is supplied with a user manual and remote access option. If necessary remote access can be established by Utest technical service and users can be guided through any problem they may encounter.
